All orders are shipped with 1-3 working days prodiving items are in stock, we use 'Royal Mail Signed for' delivery for UK Orders and 'Royal Mail International Signed For' for Non UK Orders. UK orders Usually arrive with 3-5 business days, while International orders usually take between 3-8 working days.

Since all orders are sent by Royal Mail we allow your parcels to be tracked during all points of the process.

Please Ensure you are available to sign for you package when it arrives or make some suitable arrangements with your postal office.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your vapourizer, Air-420 will refund the full amount excluding postage costs - please contact us within 30 days of purchase, naturally the equipment must be unused and in good condition.
